Note that entrants grant the Sponsor all rights of ownership, reproduction, and use of entries for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or further permission, including but not limited to an irrevocable and perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right, in all media (now known or later developed) to assign, use, publish, edit, adapt, modify, alter, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, copyright, create derivative works or otherwise exploit entries, for commercial or non-commercial use, and without compensation to the entrant. By entering the Contest, each entrant waives any and all rights he or she may have to the contest entry. To the extent entrant has any rights in the contest entry, the entrant assigns all such rights to the Sponsor by entering the Contest.
Finally, entries may not defame or invade the rights of publicity or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon a person's personal or proprietary rights. Submissions that are deemed by the judges in their sole discretion to be immoral, obscene, profane or not in keeping with Sponsor's image will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time which, in the Sponsor's reasonable opinion, endangers the safety or well being of any person or in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. In addition to the Sponsors' right to do so at its discretion, the judges will also be instructed to disqualify any entry that describes dangerous conduct, stunts or tricks, conduct that could lead to physical injury, property damage or otherwise violates or is inconsistent with these Official Rules. Other than for winner notification, neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into any communication with any entrant regarding this Contest, nor will entries be acknowledged or returned.
How often can I enter?
You may enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be different, must meet all entry requirements and must be submitted separately.
How will the winner be determined?
Entries will be preliminarily judged by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent, qualified judging organization, based on the following criteria: originality (25%), relevance to Contest theme (25%), passion for skiing (25%), and clarity of expression (25%). The ten (10) entries that receive the highest cumulative scores will be forwarded to the Sponsor who will choose the Grand Prize winner based on which entrant, in the Sponsor's opinion, is best qualified to take part in the helicopter skiing Ultimate Powder Experience. In the case of a tie in the preliminary judging, the tie will be broken by the highest originality score.
When will the winner be notified?
The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by phone and/or email on or about March 23, 2007 and must confirm compliance with eligibility criteria, his/her availability to travel to British Columbia on April 9–13, 2007, and his/her agreement to participate in the Elite Tour Heli-Skiing experience at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unreachable by phone or email, or if he/she declines the opportunity to participate in the Ultimate Powder Experience, or is unavailable on the dates specified for the trip to British Columbia, or fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if he/she fails to comply with any of the stated requirements, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected and notified, if time permits.

Why is the Contest available only to U.S. residents?
Different rules and regulations associated with games of chance in other countries make it difficult to administer contests outside the United States.
What should I do if I can't reach the Contest web pages when I try to visit?
Come back and try again another time! Many Internet sites experience "traffic jams" from time to time. Refreshing the page may help. However, if you have problems connecting to all web sites, contact your system administrator; you may have a problem at your end.
I'm having trouble entering the Contest. My computer seems to be too slow or times out repeatedly. What should I do?
From time to time, the Internet experiences heavy periods of traffic. The slowdown in the registration process is often caused by a large number of consumers trying to register for the Contest at the same time. If you are experiencing "time-outs" while trying to register, we suggest that you wait a few minutes or try again at a later time.
I'm a Macintosh user. Will I have trouble entering the Contest?
No, the Contest is equally accessible through Macs and PCs.
Where can I send feedback about the Contest?
You can send general feedback and suggestions to online_sweepstakes@discovery.com.
What if I have read all of the FAQs and I'm still having a problem entering?
If you are still encountering difficulties entering, you can send an e-mail to online_sweepstakes@discovery.com to inform us of your questions. Please make sure you include a detailed description of your situation, your full name and the type of browser you use. We will make every effort to get to the bottom of any technical questions that may arise.
