You may enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be different, must meet all entry requirements and must be submitted separately. Entries must be completed in English.

By submitting an entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you, is true and verifiable, has not been previously published, has not won a previous prize or award, that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials and that your entry does not violate any law, regulation or any right of any third-party, including but not limited to rights of copyright, publicity and privacy. Submitting an entry that is copyrighted by another individual will make you responsible for any legal action the legal copyright holder might take against you.

Entrants grant the Sponsor all rights of ownership, reproduction, and use of entries for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or further permission, including but not limited to an irrevocable and perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right, in all media (now known or later developed) to assign, use, publish, edit, adapt, modify, alter, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, copyright, create derivative works or otherwise exploit entries, for commercial or non-commercial use, and without compensation to the entrant. By entering the Contest, each entrant waives any and all rights he or she may have to the contest entry. To the extent entrant has any rights in the contest entry, the entrant assigns all such rights to the Sponsor by entering the Contest.

Entries may not defame or invade the rights of publicity or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon a person's personal or proprietary rights. Submissions that are deemed by the judges in their sole discretion to be immoral, obscene, profane or not in keeping with Sponsor's image will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time which, in the Sponsor's reasonable opinion, endangers the safety or well being of any person or in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. In addition to the Sponsors' right to do so at its discretion, the judges will also be instructed to disqualify any entry that describes dangerous conduct, stunts or tricks, conduct that could lead to physical injury, property damage or otherwise violates or is inconsistent with these Official Rules. Other than for winner notification, neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into any communication with any entrant regarding this Contest, nor will entries be acknowledged or returned.

4. JUDGING/DETERMINING WINNERS: Entries will be preliminarily judged by the Contest Administrator, an independent, qualified judging organization, based on the following criteria: originality (25%), relevance to Contest theme (25%), passion for skiing (25%), and clarity of expression (25%). The ten (10) entries that receive the highest cumulative scores will be forwarded to the Sponsor who will choose the Grand Prize winner based on which entrant, in the Sponsor's opinion, is best qualified to take part in the helicopter skiing Ultimate Powder Experience. In the case of a tie in the preliminary judging, the tie will be broken by the highest originality score. The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by phone and/or email on or about March 23, 2007 and must confirm compliance with eligibility criteria, his/her availability to travel to British Columbia on April 9–13, 2007, and his/her agreement to participate in the Elite Tour Heli-Skiing experience at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unreachable by phone or email, or if he/she declines the opportunity to participate in the Ultimate Powder Experience, or is unavailable on the dates specified for the trip to British Columbia, or fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if he/she fails to comply with any of the stated requirements, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected and notified, if time permits.

Potential winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and return same, properly executed, by the date specified in the notification letter. If a potential winner is 19 or older, as is required for entry, but not of the age of majority in state of residence, prize will either be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian, or parent or legal guardian must ratify and sign any and all documents required of winner. In addition, the winner will be required to provide written consent to be filmed prior to, during and immediately after the trip to British Columbia, and to permit the broadcast, publication, or other use of said film footage, in whole or in part, by Sponsor, and those acting on its behalf, for advertising or commercial purpose, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. The Sponsor will own solely and exclusively, without compensation to winner, the results and proceeds of the film footage hereunder (the "Materials") with the right for the full period of copyright, including all extensions and renewals thereof, and thereafter in perpetuity, throughout the world, to use and re-use all or any part of the Materials for the purpose of making and producing television programs and other works, and advertising, publicizing and exploiting the same, by all means and in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and to authorize others to do so. The winner further agrees that the Sponsor may elect, in its sole discretion, to not film the event, to not use the film footage, or to use only a portion of the film footage.
