Never been to a speedway? Don't worry; it's simple to follow. Four riders keep turning left over four laps of an oval track, and each race is over in less than a minute. Easy, but not for the riders. They race 500cc single-geared machines with no brakes. It's hectic, dangerous and exciting!

Opening round of the team world championship FIM Tobet Speedway World Cup. Current world champion Denmark starts the defense of its title on the same track in Vojens, Denmark, where that team won in 2008.

Second round of the team world championship FIM Tobet Speedway World Cup. Great Britain has home track advantage but faces stiff opposition from previous world champions Australia and Poland plus outsiders Slovenia.

The FIM Tobet Speedway World Cup from Leszno, Poland. Four teams — Australia, Poland, Russia and Sweden — go full throttle into battle to become world champion.
Episode 10 - Daugavpils
Highlights of round six of the individual world championship FIM Speedway Grand Prix Series from Daugavpils, Latvia, situated just 20 miles from the Russian border. Fans will be out in force to support Russian teenage speedway sensation Emil Sayfutdinov. Current leader of the championship, Jason Crump (Australia), won the Latvian SGP in 2008 and will be looking to extend his lead at the top of the table. American Greg Hancock has also tasted victory at Daugavpils, and as a former world champion, he knows what it takes to be the best.
Episode 11 - Malilla
Highlights of round seven of the individual world championship FIM Speedway Grand Prix Series from the G&B Arena in Malila, Sweden. American Greg Hancock won the previous round in Latvia and leads the pack chasing current championship leader Jason Crump (Australia). Four of the grand prix riders race at the Malilla track on a weekly basis, and Australian Leigh Adams has walked twice.
